Using Brad

Brad organizes the documents and messages your team already creates so your team can use them. You are responsible for the content you bring to Brad and for having the right to use it.

Brad is a layer of intelligence over your documents — it connects and answers from them. It does not replace your contract, your accounting system of record, or your formal project filing.

What Brad is not

Brad assists with construction document intelligence. It does not replace licensed professional judgment, legal review, or your obligations under your contracts. Decisions you make using Brad's answers remain yours.

Text messaging terms

GotBrad, the messaging brand operated by Tailwind Builder Services, LLC, provides conversational construction-project assistance by SMS at (888) 273-9188. By texting that number, you ask GotBrad to reply to the conversation you initiated. Message frequency varies with your questions and requested updates. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out; reply START to opt back in; reply HELP for help. You can also contact support@gotbrad.com. We may change or discontinue the SMS service, and these terms may be updated by posting a revised version here.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Brad available and accurate, but we provide the service without warranties beyond those set out in a signed agreement, and we may update the service over time.
